Where we began
Bear Safes began as W. E. Industries, Inc., a pioneer in the gun safe industry. As the manufacturer of Bear Safes, our goal has been to build a safe that provided the most protection for our customers guns and valuables, from both burglary and fire, at a cost that is practical for most consumers. In order to make this happen we made the decision that “bells and whistles” should be kept to a minimum as they, for the most part, do nothing to enhance security or fire protection.
Growing from a single location to multiple retailers
A main location at 4500 NW 16th Street in Oklahoma City, is both our manufacturing facility and original retail locations. We’ve now expanded through our dealer network to provide a broader geographic presence across Oklahoma and surrounding states.
